Trading with Bollinger Bands and the ATR - Bollinger Bands are one of the best indicators to trade in the FX market due to their ability to give us a relative measure of volume/volatility.&nb sp; It further gives us a good indication of price action, when a range is going to hold and when a breakout is most likely to occur. Learning how to use them can be a real partner to one's trading as ranges are the most common environment in trading FX, and breakouts the hardest to spot. The ATR is also one of the most overlooked indicators, yet is paramount to getting a clear picture of volatility. When used in conjunction with the Bollinger Bands, we now have an excellent way to discover high probability breakouts, reversals, and find accurate profit targets.
