| ECB Interest Rates Decision Live Coverage with Valeria Bednarik | (09/03/2009) |
| 12:18 | FXstreet.com: Trading OTC Forex on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange or futures you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange and futures trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts. |

| 12:22 | FXstreet.com: HI every one :) let me knwo your opinion on ECB decision! |
| 12:22 | Will the ECB low the bench mark interest rate?Yes, the ECB will cut it by 25bps Yes, the ECB will cut it by 50bps Yes, on an aggressive cut it by more than 75bps. No, the ECB will rather hold the ongoing rate. No, the ECB will rather hike it by 25bps No, the ECB will rather hike it by 50bps |
| 12:23 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi everybody and welcome to this live event! is a pleasure to be here with you again! |
| 12:23 | [Comment From adamu] hi i want to know if the rate remain the same what will be the direction of the eur/usd |
| 12:24 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Adamu and welcome. As you know, fxmarket has been more been driven by stocks and sentiment, than from this events. If rates remain the same, Euro will probably continue following stocks, and is also likely to see market waiting for Trichet speech to decide the currency direction |
| 12:25 | Valeria Bednarik: Altought I don't see many chances, talking about QE could affect the currency, ans happened with GBP last month |
| 12:25 | [Comment From FXguru] Hi |
| 12:25 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Fxguru, and welcome. |
| 12:26 | Valeria Bednarik: At this point, EUR is regaining the 1.4300 level, mounted on some risk appetite, begining at early Asia, with the strong recovery in Chinese stocks |
| 12:26 | Valeria Bednarik: U.S. futures are also up, with S&P back above 1000. |
| 12:26 | Valeria Bednarik: that's taking dollar down across the board |
| 12:26 | [Comment From Mohammad Salim] Hi, Valeria Bednarik, how are you? |
| 12:27 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Mohammad and welcome! fine tks. |
| 12:27 | [Comment From pepa] hi |
| 12:28 | Valeria Bednarik: Euro now, is trying to reach 1.4350 resistance area. If breaks above, 1.4400 and 1.4445 year high are next levels to ocnsider to the upside |
| 12:28 | [Comment From dipak] should i go long on euro vs dollar? |
| 12:29 | FXstreet.com: 1 minute to go |
| 12:29 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Dipak. better wait the speech is over |
| 12:29 | [Comment From Adam] hi Valeria, do you think the ECB will hike the rate? |
| 12:29 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Adam, no I don't expect that for today really. will be a huge surprise, and Euro will likley run up if so |
| 12:30 | [Comment From ryan] hi Valeria, do you think we will see continued pound strength today. |
| 12:30 | FXstreet.com: Todayfs sponsor is CMS Forex. |
| 12:30 | Valeria Bednarik: Well Seems likely yes, above 1.6400 pair could reach the 1.6460 area ahead of stronger 1.6520 that strong level should made pair retreat for a correction |
| 12:32 | Valeria Bednarik: Watch for commoditie currencies.. .AUD, CAD they usually lead the way as happened yesterday. Gold rise to 980/Oz sending AUD close to year high, and support GBP and EUR rises |
| 12:33 | [Comment From MIKE] WHY O MUCH VOLATILITY...SINCE NO CHANGE IS EXPECTED..THANK YOU |
| 12:33 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Mike! because stocks are rising strongly.. even U.S. futures |
| 12:33 | [Comment From pepa] do you think we will see the euro at 1.47 this year |
| 12:33 | FXstreet.com: Sorry. i made a mistake. ECB rate decision will be released at 11:45 GMT. |
| 12:34 | Valeria Bednarik: seems pretty hard. we need to see it clearly above 1.4500 to confirm that. Breaching of 1.4500 will no doubts send it higher |
| 12:34 | [Comment From nejc] hi Valeria, do you think eur/usd could reach levels above 1.4500? |
| 12:35 | Valeria Bednarik: Not today but well, above 1.4445 no doubts we will hit that zone |
| 12:35 | [Comment From Sebouh] Hi, if my memory serves me correct then I recall couple of weeks ago the BOE warned markets that a strong is bad for recovery hopes |
| 12:35 | FXstreet.com: Todayfs sponsor is CMS Forex. |
| 12:36 | Valeria Bednarik: Trichet warned yes, about that Sebouth that's why it seems unlikely the pair could substain too much if reaches higher levels. |
| 12:36 | [Comment From shaun] how does anybody know that?? noone has a crystal ball! |
| 12:37 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Shaun what do you talk about? sorry I don't understand what you mean |
| 12:37 | [Comment From MIKE] AGAIN WHY EURO WILL GO UP...IF THE RATE ISN'T CHANGED |
| 12:37 | Valeria Bednarik: because of rising stocks and rising risk appetite, that support high yieldings as Euro, and Gbp, sending dollar and yen down |
| 12:38 | FXstreet.com: Trichet speech is scheduled at 12:30 GMT |
| 12:39 | Valeria Bednarik: And if rates remain unchanged, market attention will focus on that speech; will they extend QE? will they end QE? those are the facts market will take care of |
| 12:39 | [Comment From Sebouh] I think today's Dollar weakness is a reflection on the strong Chinese equity markets and that pushed everything up and sending the dollar down. Now wether this is justified through economic fundimentals remans to be seen whether or not this is sustainable or pure speculative move |
| 12:39 | Valeria Bednarik: Tes Sebouh I posted at the begining of this live coverage. and yes, is more speculative than fundamental |
| 12:39 | [Comment From MIKE] I SEE 150 PP DROP IN EURO..BECAUSE OF NEGATIVE OUTLOOK |
| 12:39 | FXstreet.com: 5 minutes to go |
| 12:40 | Valeria Bednarik: back to the base of the range... well watch for the 1.4280 support area.. under that, yes will llikely extend fall |
| 12:40 | [Comment From shaun] the press conference will be of more interest than the rate decision, listen to what JCT has to say carefully |
| 12:40 | Valeria Bednarik: Exactly Shaun |
| 12:41 | [Comment From nagalla] technically how the pair GBP\USD looks on your openion........... |
| 12:42 | FXstreet.com: Todayfs sponsor is CMS Forex. |
| 12:42 | Valeria Bednarik: Technically in the short term bullish. Longer term perspective remains bearish as long as under 1.6520. But take a carefullly look at both euro and GBP they have been trapped in a 500 pips range since early June. really not easy to talk about a TREND these days.. we are ranging.. either we like it or not |
| 12:42 | [Comment From Brian] Do you think we will see a correction to the large increases we are seeing today? |
| 12:43 | Valeria Bednarik: Yes Brian i do inverted correlation between dollar and stocks could not last for ever, and in the short term if we reach 1.4445, too quickly, no doubts an interesting downside correction could be seen |
| 12:43 | [Comment From marie] hi Valerie i went short gbp@1.6340 and is currentlyin very bad state. since the pounds is not going to sustain the sudden rise what would be the entry point to buy again? |
| 12:44 | Valeria Bednarik: buy or sell? pair should not breach above 1.6520 whacth that level! sell again if rebounds there but wait for some confirmation, and use stops |
| 12:44 | [Comment From Guest] valeria what if the rate will leaved unchanged? |
| 12:44 | Valeria Bednarik: Probably wait for Trichet speech in that case |
| 12:44 | [Comment From pepa] do you think the GBP/USD at 1.74 this year |
| 12:45 | FXstreet.com: ECB has decided to hold the ongoing interest rates at 1.00% |
| 12:45 | Valeria Bednarik: we need to clear 1.6700 first...let's see next thuesday what happens |
| 12:46 | Valeria Bednarik: Ok euro is now falling a bit, but also U,S, futures. is over bought in small time frames, no real reaction yet |
| 12:47 | Valeria Bednarik: let's see if approaches to 1.4300 and what it does there |
| 12:47 | [Comment From Mohammad Salim] Do you think euro-USD will rise at 1.50 in this year? |
| 12:47 | FXstreet.com: ECB has decided to hold the ongoing interest rates at 1.00% |
| 12:47 | Valeria Bednarik: Not really. a strong euro won't help an economic recovery, if it does, will be only speculative and should not last |
| 12:47 | [Comment From shaun] Before you all start buying into risk, take a look at the recent bond market action, there is a real divergence in bonds & equities. One is wrong!! |
| 12:48 | Valeria Bednarik: Yes shaun, we are living uncertainty times, and fxmarket seems to have no clue to where to go. Except maybe japanese yen ;) |
| 12:48 | [Comment From shaun] This range, annoying! |
| 12:48 | [Comment From MIKE] M3 WAS LESS THAN EXPECTED.. |
| 12:49 | Valeria Bednarik: sorry mike what do you mean? |
| 12:49 | [Comment From Guest] bid offer spread very wide |
| 12:50 | [Comment From shaun] ECB: Leaves rates unchanged, as expected - Min. bid rate at refi tender remains at 1.00% - Marginal lending rate 1.75%, Deposit rate 0.25% * Focus turns to the ECB press briefing which begins at 1230GMT. |
| 12:50 | Valeria Bednarik: Tks Shaun! |
| 12:50 | [Comment From Nitesh] how much impact do u think this will be on EUR/USD ? |
| 12:51 | Valeria Bednarik: Will depend on clues about future rate movements or comments about QE |
| 12:52 | [Comment From dipak] should i go long on euro vs dollar? |
| 12:52 | Valeria Bednarik: don't seem like a wise decision at current levels. if retreats to 1.4300 and thaat level holds, well maybe we will have a confirmation of further rises. |
| 12:52 | [Comment From shaun] Why does everybody ask if a certain pair will reach X this year???? Who knows?? |
| 12:53 | FXstreet.com: ECB has decided to hold the ongoing interest rates at 1.00% |
| 12:55 | Valeria Bednarik: You are right Shaun.. is something none of us could know. We could speculate, or analyze charts to find a trend. Anyway... what's the use of knowing so? couldEuro reach 1.50? yes... could it fall to 1.35 in the mid time? also yes... so such long term positions need a huge capital and a low leverage. and a longgg patient. not something to make money quick |
| 12:55 | [Comment From Sebouh] The currency and commodity market movements are very volatile in the last few weeks. In my opinion the story of demand and supply is not working in these markets. Its a pure speculative moves and the culprits are huge investment banks and clearing houses who create market volatility in order to enhance their profit opportunities. This is how I see it. Do you agree with my assesment Valeria? |
| 12:57 | Valeria Bednarik: With most of it Sebouth. Also uncertainty about what's going on, and what will happen; besides, one good fundamental reading is not usually enought. crisis has lasted 2 years already.. we need to see more signs of recovery, in every an each economy, for at least 4 or 5 months in a row, to see investors gaining confidence in a certain currency |
| 12:57 | [Comment From yasir kidwai] Hi Valeria do u think the euro is going touch 1.43 with in half an hour thanks |
| 12:58 | Valeria Bednarik: Well is underway... overbought in small time frames, is now correcting... |
| 12:58 | [Comment From marie] Valeria in a two week timeframe would the GBPand 'EUR be strong than the aud? |
| 12:59 | Valeria Bednarik: you mean of what could happen in two weeks? well we have NONFARM PAYrolls tomorrow, BOE decision next week... really not a prediction I could made. But not stronger than AUD as I told you, AUD tends to lead the way |
| 12:59 | [Comment From Jose Romero] Hi, do you think GBP/USD 1.66 in a short term? I have sold at 1.6200 and I'm in danger. |
| 1:00 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi jose! if pair regains 1.6440 next strong resistance comes at 1.6520.. so watch for those levels and protect your position |
| 1:00 | [Comment From Mohammad Salim] thanks for your reply |
| 1:00 | [Comment From fid] eur usd in 1.4340 is becaming weak or could be 1.4383? |
| 1:01 | Valeria Bednarik: I believe we are going to see some consolidation around current levels now, ahead of press conference |
| 1:01 | [Comment From MIKE] I MEAN BANKS AREN'T LENDING AS MUCH.. |
| 1:01 | FXstreet.com: Todayfs sponsor is CMS Forex. |
| 1:02 | Valeria Bednarik: Yes Mike sorry.. well that's also has to do with euro zone unemployment rate.. we are at 9.5% who will take a credit now? too expensive also, so that's why a weaker euro could help a quickier recovery |
| 1:03 | [Comment From shaun] EURO-DOLLAR: Touched a high at $1.4349 ahead of the ECB rate announcement, no surprises in the unchanged decision with main focus on Trichet's presser at 1230GMT with attention on Staff Forecasts as well as suggestions for a possible premium on the Sep 30 1yr refi. Rate currently trades back around $1.4340. Above $1.4350 and rate can edge back toward Tuesday's high at $1.4379, with offers noted to $1.4380. |
| 1:03 | Valeria Bednarik: tks again shaun! |
| 1:03 | [Comment From Liman Nelson Elemi] Should I go short on GBP/USD |
| 1:04 | Valeria Bednarik: That's your decision to make not mine! why would you like to sell here?? what do you see that makes you think that? do you have a system telling you so? |
| 1:04 | [Comment From Sebouh] I think its simply a suicide mission for a small investor to invest under uncertainty times. I think the Financial crisis must be a lesson that trading in Margin accounts can be very very risky business. There is always a risk that markets can unwinde and will result in huge losses and potentially wipe out your initial capital. |
| 1:05 | Valeria Bednarik: exactly Sebouh that's why I always recomend you all to protect your trades... we need a stop loss not matter why. We can't sit and pray for a turn not worthly |
| 1:05 | [Comment From Al] valeria what do u think about gold in the short term |
| 1:06 | Valeria Bednarik: Gold is at 985 really high level, with an historical high of 1006 or so. We could traspass that level, maybe reach 1030 but at this level, is a selling scream. Gold is strong because dollar is weak, however i believe is over valuated at this stage |
| 1:06 | [Comment From yasir kidwai] Valeria do u think that euro is going touch 1.43 before the speech statr |
| 1:07 | Valeria Bednarik: If i could always be a 100% certain about that... be sure I won't be here talking but there tradiing... ;) |
| 1:07 | [Comment From Jose Romero] what will be the gbp/usd trend? |
| 1:08 | Valeria Bednarik: We need to see gbp either above 1.6700 or under 1.600 to define a trend.. now as said before, just range |
| 1:08 | [Comment From Arun Kandyal] Hi Val How r u? where do you see gbp during us data 12:30GMT |
| 1:09 | Valeria Bednarik: Hi Arun! will depend on stocks reaction more likely good dollar data = strong stocks = strong pound |
| 1:09 | [Comment From ryan] Valeria, what in your opinion has caoused the stock futures to rise |
| 1:09 | Valeria Bednarik: Today? well past Asian session Chinese stocks rise that's TODAY... |
| 1:09 | [Comment From Guest] very strong resistence at 1.4350 since last week dun think the news today will make it break upside for today EUR/USD |
| 1:10 | Valeria Bednarik: well it will likely also depend on stocks. if ther continue rising, there is a chance yes |
| 1:10 | [Comment From shaun] Sebouh, most of this volatility has been caused by the lower summer volumes, which should start to be back to normal from next week.... its the same every year |
| 1:11 | Valeria Bednarik: yes shaun, but also, we have a strong fall in volume since April this year across the world.. if i'm not mistaken.. around 20% less than 2008 |
| 1:11 | FXstreet.com: ECB has decided to hold the ongoing interest rates at 1.00% |
| 1:11 | [Comment From shaun] [Comment From yasir kidwai]
Hi Valeria do u think the euro is going touch 1.43 with in half an hour thanks |
| 1:11 | [Comment From shaun] LOL LOL |
| 1:11 | Valeria Bednarik: HAHAHA |
| 1:11 | [Comment From WMK] I'm quite sure that the eur/usd pair shall touch 1.45 nett before this calendar week ends. Regards. |
| 1:12 | Valeria Bednarik: OK we will see it |
| 1:12 | [Comment From rocco] i have been trying to be dollar bullish but to no avail, especially on the chf/ usd. have you seen any good information on eastern europes financial situation? they were supposed to be problems there but it seems to have disappeared.. and in the meantime the swissy has continued to appreciate |
| 1:13 | Valeria Bednarik: I have not really read anything lately about that.. .watch EUR/CHF... Swiss is intervining market when pair approaches to 1.5100... and well chf is up do to risk appetite, not because Swiss authorities like so. we know they want a cheaper CHF... |
| 1:14 | [Comment From Jose Romero] thanks so much |
| 1:14 | [Comment From Don] What abt EUR/JPY pair? Will the speech have any impact on EUR/JPY? |
| 1:15 | Valeria Bednarik: yes it will.. take a look at daily charts: pair reached and rebouded yesterday, around the 61.8% of the last upside rally from 127. to 138. after 8 days straight fall. now we are just seing and upside correction there. We need to move above 134.40 to call for a recovery in that pair |
| 1:15 | [Comment From hugo] Hi Valeria Im short in GBP/USD is it oversold in short term? is sensible to think that is going to retract to 1.6280 |
| 1:17 | Valeria Bednarik: No is not; and we have a couple of interesting supports before taht level watch for 1.6370 1.6330 and then yes, approach your 1.6280 |
| 1:17 | [Comment From Sebouh] Valeria I need to ask you a simple question. The financial crisis is going on for two years in raw and do you see any change in market behavior in terms risk taking. I honestly do not think people or traders have learned anything from this terrible crisis. They are determined do the same past mistakes. I hope I'm wrong |
| 1:19 | Valeria Bednarik: Sebouh... not as simple the question... thing about how many people enters the market year over year... there are lots of traders that don't even know what crisis is, or how market was before crisis, or soo many things we could write half a book. Besides, i do believe we have a lot of false publicity in forex atracting investors.. " put 100 dollars and win 1.000.000 in a month"... that's awful, but real. |
| 1:19 | Valeria Bednarik: Only old traders, may have lear something about this crisis |
| 1:19 | FXstreet.com: Todayfs sponsor is CMS Forex. |
| 1:19 | [Comment From John] The Euro is fundamentally overvalued agaisnt the $, but fundamentals doesn't seem to count for much in current markets. Would you agree a fall to 1.35 and lower is on the cards in the months ahead Valeria? |
| 1:21 | Valeria Bednarik: John... I do believe that's a FAIR price for euro at this point. Does not mean speculation could not send it to 1.50.... but I can not predict the future... nop |
| 1:21 | [Comment From Nitesh] Hi Valeria , What is the next important meeting to look for which you think will have a huge impact on EUR/USD ? |
| 1:22 | Valeria Bednarik: depends on waht Trichet says today.... let's hear him.. and pay attention to what he answers in the press conference... |
| 1:22 | [Comment From macharia] what wil hapen to the eur/usd if they dicide to end the q2 |
| 1:22 | [Comment From tony] coooool answer |
| 1:23 | Valeria Bednarik: well if they end QE logical says should rise, as currency will be supposed to be in better shape |
| 1:23 | [Comment From rocco] have you found it more profitable to daytrade the forex or to swing trade over multiple days? |
| 1:23 | Valeria Bednarik: I do daytrade... is profitable for me... but we are not all the same. I don't disagree with any trading method |
| 1:23 | [Comment From Sebouh] This volatity is creating exaggerated moves because of summer low volumes. |
| 1:23 | [Comment From John] I find daytrading currencies on margin to be very stressful. Much better I think to take out a currency option, you can buy time to allow your trade to work out and is much less stressful. Also you know in advance what your maximum loss will be! : ) |
| 1:24 | Valeria Bednarik: well that's your view and of course if works for you, GREAT! |
| 1:24 | [Comment From zaphy] Most Eastern European countries seem to have averted a devaluation, and their currencies appreciated for the past 6 months or so.. |
| 1:24 | [Comment From marie] Valeria do you think nzd/usd is good pair trade at themoment. short kiwi? and what level. |
| 1:25 | Valeria Bednarik: not selling now really, we are in an ascendant daily channel and pair is respecting the base... till now, 0.6900 has capped further rises... sell close to that level and with a tight stop above it |
| 1:25 | [Comment From macharia] for the speech to afect dolar positively, what do wi expect from the speech?? |
| 1:26 | Valeria Bednarik: more QE, no rates hikes in the near future... deflation in europe... something i don't believe Trichet will say |
| 1:26 | [Comment From Teo] Hi Valeria |
| 1:26 | [Comment From michael] can some on tell me when the speach starts, and is it possible to see it |
| 1:27 | Valeria Bednarik: will start in 5 minutes... and last 45 minutes or so.. we have unemployment in the U.S. also in 5 minutes. |
| 1:27 | [Comment From marie] Hugo wish your dream willcome true im aslo wishing the same thing |
| 1:27 | [Comment From Sondox] Hi Valeria, What is you view on EUR/GBP ? |
| 1:28 | Valeria Bednarik: EUR/GBP reboundedn in along daily descendant trned line and form king of a doulbe roof at 0.8830. Under 0.8720 I see the pair extending the downside movement |
| 1:29 | [Comment From michael] thank you |
| 1:29 | [Comment From Guest] are there any robotic trading platforms that you can recomend or a website where they do a comparison |
| 1:29 | Valeria Bednarik: We are working on it! here at FXstreet.com... pe patient give us a month or so! |
| 1:29 | [Comment From Rio] [Comment From Sebouh] i think you dont necesseraly understand the concept of risk in finance... I believe that the crisis we are going through is a great opportunity for investors... and speculators. |
| 1:29 | [Comment From Samir] Hi valeria..nice job u r doing there and thx a lot for your support...i uess ppl should stop asking about wether the pair will reach x or xx coz its all about tech+fundemental analyisis...more and more events are comming and we can see lots of changes...anyways..my quest. is what keywords will u be looking in Trichet's speach...and what impact will they have... |
| 1:30 | FXstreet.com: Jobless Claims To 574K From 570K |
| 1:31 | Valeria Bednarik: well tks Samir, I already answer that above... and really, sorry to all of you.. we have some delay with questions, and besides, you are a lot there asking, as is just me here answering! I try to post and answer all you write and do it quick! |
| 1:31 | Valeria Bednarik: Worst than expected, bad for greenback.. let's see stocks! falling... |
| 1:32 | Valeria Bednarik: now europeans should also fall of they keep on following stocks |
| 1:32 | [Comment From Rio] Valeria, how did you learn about trading? |
| 1:32 | Valeria Bednarik: STUDING |
| 1:32 | [Comment From Rio] do you recommend a specific learning method. I started my aprenticeship about 6 months ago on my own, and there is so much to learn really, on top of readong all the news related to the pairs i trade |
| 1:32 | Valeria Bednarik: send me an email.. no problem we can talk about that later |
| 1:32 | [Comment From dumbdumb] hey Valeria, shld isit wise to short GBP/USD once gold touches 1000? |
| 1:33 | FXstreet.com:
Jobless Claims To 570K
|
| 1:33 | Valeria Bednarik: yeap i rather like to sell AUD that is more GOLD dependant.. another factors should hit GBP and make it move to the oppposite way |
| 1:33 | [Comment From abdul] you mentioned earlier that AUD and CAD lead the way for Eur and GBP.how |
| 1:34 | Valeria Bednarik: because they are higly related with gold and oil. we know when oil and gold rise, dollar fall.. and the oppposite. so if aud falls, means gold is falling and dollar rising.. is not a certain LAW but is a common market relationship |
| 1:34 | [Comment From zaphy] Valeria: when you say that 1.35 is a fair price for the EUR fro a fundamental point of view, which specific data do you have in mind? |
| 1:35 | FXstreet.com: Sorry people. We have just 10 minutes left. |
| 1:35 | Valeria Bednarik: Euro zone unemployment, production indexes... retail sales that today come out negative.... |
| 1:35 | [Comment From PK] Hi. I really think that we will see 1.57lvls on GBPUSD...i use ichimoku to make my decisions. if you see the charts there has been a break out below the cloud and all the lines are showing a move down plus the 20day sma has corssed over the 50 day sa which is abearish move this happened last in August 2008 and cable fell from 1.91 to 1.35. I target 1.57 as it is the 38.2% retracement for the move from 1.35 to 1.70 |
| 1:36 | Valeria Bednarik: I will put ICHIMOKU in my gbp chart and watch it.. ok! and yes is a great target if we breach 1.6000 |
| 1:36 | [Comment From marie] thankyou Valeria for the kiwi respond but u know i find it very dificult to obtain info regarding kiwi currency. any good wesbite you recommend? |
| 1:37 | Valeria Bednarik: Kiwi is highly correlated with AUD they share strong commercial relationship... wacht them both together.. and sorry no... I read some Australian news papers--- and that's it |
| 1:37 | [Comment From Sondox] Thanks |
| 1:37 | [Comment From rocco] you mentioned that you thought the euro was fairly priced. How are you basing that? The interest rate is certainly not that different. are you looking at Purashing power parity? or something else? |
| 1:38 | Valeria Bednarik: no rocco, not fair at current levels, more air will be at 1.35 that's what I_ say |

| 1:39 | [Comment From Sebouh] Valeria don't you think now its the time for proper awarness to the public that Forex trading is a very risky business. People only learn when they lose money and their capital is wiped out. This could be another form of gambling for those new people wh are unaware of trading. I think governments and regulators must ban all these so called websites that promise to deliver unlimited amount of money. This is pure scheme that needs to be stopped. We do not need another Madoff in our society |

| 1:41 | Valeria Bednarik: I don't thing so... not really reading what trichet is saying, but euro is falling hard approaching to 1.4280 support... 1.4250 and 1.4200 come then |
| 1:42 | [Comment From Dusan] Do you think, that EUR/USD will break 1,44 level in short term? |
| 1:42 | Valeria Bednarik: Nop really... every time the pair approaches there comes down quiclky. i have no technical signals of further longer term upside movements |

| 1:48 | FXstreet.com: Thank you again Valeria. we really appreciate your market views.. Any final word for traders? |
| 1:49 | Valeria Bednarik: Euro is over valuated, mostly due to speculative movements. We are seeing that is having a hard time to regain the 1.4400 level. as falls quiclky form there. yet as talked due to summer, and lower volume, we are trapped in ranges! rememeber we need to see those range clearly broken to see some trend mostly in european majors. Trade following a plan... and protect your trades always! hope to see you all back soon! |
