Trading OTC Forex on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange or futures you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange and futures trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

As you know, we are waiting for the latest FED decision. Rates no doubts are expected unchanged at <0.25.. a change there will be no doubts a shock market is not expecting. Yet I don't expect that also. Rather market attention will be focus in fomc stance

Hi Arum i'm not sure if i'm able to do such prediccion. If pair continues rises and moves above the 1.70 area, then seems likley to be pushed close to 1.80 If we lost 1.57 closer to 1.52

Valeria Bednarik:
Hi Eli! you expect a correction is likely, EUR/USD has supports from currrent level at 1.4800, 1.4770 and 1.4740. Only under this last bullish momentum could be shaken a bit
Wednesday November 4, 2009 7:03 Valeria Bednarik

to the upside, if pair regains 1.4865 or so, I expect a test of the 1.4925 area, and then a pullback/ correction

Will depend on stocks: japanese yen is quite attached to S&P since 4 or 5 months ago: if stocks push higler, pair likely approach to the 92.00 area, on the contrary, if stocks lost ground, pair could fell

we should have a pullback of both euro and gbp at least till next week, and then i think dollar will lose quite impressive....3rd quartuer shows usa out of recession..in my view that is not a good thing for usa and usd as this mean that the gov pump money until we cover the mess program works and this will generate devalue of the usd and just create another bubble and nobody will lend money to usa to pay other debts..USD will be a mess

2 months for year end... I wish it could but I think it can't . And if you understood that I see new highs in eur and gbp, sorry I may have expressed wrongly. as commented above, all economies seem quite messed up, no economy is strong enought except maybe Australia, so for me there are no real reasons to see eur or gbp at current levels.

yes that's right, as although i'm from europe i favor the dollar as a prefference, but this type of "saving" plan made by usa is more like a ponzi scheme....i'm just thinking about how long will it take for other countries to realize that at this pace us won't be able to pay their debts and stop the money flow..and then us will have to print huge amount of money. This is in theory..we know that reality differs quite alot..all i hope that a balance will be kept and we won't have a very devalued USD especially against euro (as it is right now the most overvalued currency vs the usd...a fair value will be around 1.20 in my opinion and 1.56 against gbp - info gathered from what i'v read not my own analysis)

If pair breaks above 1.6600, and is close to, around 1.6640/60 only if we lose 1.6520 pair could fall back

Valeria Bednarik:
We know that JPY tends to strength between january and march due to end of fiscal year. I believe is already overvaluated, yet I don't se it losing the 87.00 level,

is the most traded pair.. despite liquidity may have been decreasing along this past months in general in forex market, I don't believe it will change in EUR/USD. pair on contrary, will keep on attracting buyers and sellers

That's quite tricky as 20 SMA is quite bullish in the weekly still. To confirm a trned reversal, I would love to see the pair under 1.4450 or so

Japanese yen however, the other safe haven remains in range between 90.70/91.00 area, despite reaching an intraday high of 91.30. At this point, I do believe that no much more movements are going to be seen today, as investors will be reluctant to play strong cards ahead of tomorrow's data
