Trading OTC Forex on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange or futures you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange and futures trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Today, we are expecting the final revision of US q/q GDP, expected unchanged at 5.9%. Report itself probably won't trigger any strong market rection, yet current enviroment seems pretty interesting: dollar has been quite strong these week, despite FED keep stating rates will remain low for an extended period.

Most of dollar gains across the board, come from Euro weakness, and the lack of a clear solution for the greece debt issues; the summit taking place now in Brussels, can bring some light to the question. anyway! let's start with questions

Hi Hardstone, EUR/JPY seems to haver a strong resistance area around 124.00/40 zone. Pair has been pretty bearish lately, mostly due Europ weakness. However, Japanese yen is also losing ground strongly since past Wednesday, favoring a slightly bullish perspective in the pair. We need to see it breaking above 124.40 to confirm a continuation

Valeria Bednarik:
Well at this poitn, euro is finding more support than pound. EUR/USD has resistance around 1.3410, so a break above that level, could take the pair to the 1.3450/85 zone, yet destiny is highly attached to summit. I see some support around 1.3350 area so under that level, pair should retest 1.3300 zone.

Valeria Bednarik:
Hi, well, technically pair remains bearish, and the financial aid, is not as simple as that... they are still trying to decide how much and when and there are a lot of IFS in the idea now. I still see Euro weak, and unless a really shocking proyect, I don't expect the financial aid to favor Euro more than in the short term

My friend we need to ignore those first spikes, and give market 15 minutes after the news is released to diggest it and set the intraday trend. First spikes tend to be tricky. We need to see pairs breaking above resistances or under supports and confirming technically before taking a decision

USD/JPY has been quite bullish since BOJ decided to extend the amount of money destinated to QE. Pair broke a daily descendnat trned line, and the dailsy 200 SMA both around 91.50 far from current price. A bit overextended to the upside, a corrective movement could take place now, with supports at 92.40, and 92.00 zone. Above 93.00, pair should accelerate to the 93.35 zoen, ahead of 93.75, this year high

We could see a rebound, but 1.3800 seems quite far away.. mid term pair break the 61.8% retracement of past year rally, around 1.3485, now key resistance area. 1.3800 is the 50% of the same rally. we need at least a weekly close above 1.3485, to have some chances of such rally, yet I can't see it right now.

As I always told you, there is almost no report, able to change trend. We could see some spikes, but no more. Dollar can weak today only because of two reasons: Friday profit taking, or Euro zone coming to a GREAT resolution of the greek issue, an I can't see any of both taking place today.

Euro has not much to do in there. AUD is quite strong, as Australia is one of the strongest economies around the world and the only one rising rates and with a brigth economic outlook.
